PERSONAL SAFETY-SELF DEFENSE
This seminar examines choices that are available during personal self protection situations. The options or levels of our established self defense continuum are:
1) Mental Defense
2) Verbal Defense
3) Physical Defense
When it comes to self defense, prevention and avoidance are always preferred, but in the event those options don't exist, with the safe+guard seminar we still have choices.
