PepTalk is unique in its ability to support team culture. We were very focused on building trust and cohesion between Teams, and PepTalk delivered this.

The platform is community-driven, and there are gamified ways for employees to get involved and drive behavior change through the different challenges, games, and programs delivered through the platform.
