Week 1–3: Monthly Check-In At the start of each month, each team member answers two short questions on how they’re feeling:

Q1: How are you feeling today? - Five simple options (e.g. anxious, indifferent, energized) show where team morale stands.

Q2: Why? If morale is low, workers select what’s dragging it down. If it’s high, they tell us what’s helping. This helps leaders see site-specific insights immediately.
