As 2025 comes to a close, it feels like a good moment to pause and take stock at PepTalk.

This year was less about big announcements and more about steady progress — continuing to show that consistent, frontline feedback can be a practical input into how complex construction projects are managed.

A few moments from 2025 that stand out

Working with some of the world’s largest project owners

Over the past year, PepTalk has been used on projects led by global owners and operators across data centres, life sciences, and other mission-critical infrastructure. These projects span multiple regions and delivery models, and workforce insight is increasingly part of how teams think about risk, performance, and execution.

PepTalk Customer Testimonial

Growth in sites, geography, and team

Throughout 2025, PepTalk went live on new sites across ~15 countries, supporting projects in North America, Europe, and beyond. As our footprint expanded, we also added people across delivery, customer support, and product — ensuring we can support customers properly as PepTalk is rolled out across more locations and portfolios.

Scale of insight, captured simply

We passed 250,000 frontline data points this year, captured directly on live sites. Each interaction takes around six seconds — short enough to fit naturally into the working day, but frequent enough to surface meaningful patterns over time.

PepTalk Dashboard

We’re grateful to the many people on site who took a few seconds out of their day to share honest feedback — that participation is what makes this work possible.

Looking ahead to 2026

Our focus is deliberately narrow: being clearer about where PepTalk delivers the most value, strengthening the link between workforce insight and operational outcomes, and supporting customers as they scale across portfolios.
