Can I sync my step counting device (like Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch, etc.) to PepTalk?

PepTalk is synchronised with Apple Health (on Apple phones) and Google Fit (on Android devices). If you can synchronise your device to those they'll be synchronised to PepTalk automatically.

Fitbit does not currently synchronise with Apple Health or Google Fit.

​"Today's Points" on the home page has reset to 0 have I lost my points?

No, you haven't lost any points - they're all safely stored in the Pep vault. The value gets set to zero every 24 hours at midnight GMT.

What are "Team Score" and "Team Total" on the My Team page?

Team score is the current score the team has on the leaderboard, this updates every 24 hours at midnight GMT - its the total of points earned by the team divided by the number of team members. The Team Total is the total number of points earned by the team to date.

How is the Leaderboard calculated?

‍Your team's Leaderboard score is the total number of points earned by the team divided by the number of team members, this updates every 24 hours at midnight GMT.​

​How are 100k etc. badges earned?

The number refers to the total number of points (including points earned from steps, videos, boosts, pic etc.) that have been earned by you since installing the app.
