Customizable Check-In Submission

You can now customize your Check-In Submission Page to enhance worker engagement and site-wide communication.

With this update, you can now:

• Personalize post-check-in messages to reinforce key updates.
• Display morale metrics to boost transparency and engagement.
• Add QR codes linking to essential safety, training, or reporting tools.

These features help keep workers informed, encourage participation, and provide real-time insights into site morale

Settings for Customizable Check-In Submission

You can now:

• Control the elements of the Check-In Submission Page
• Adjust the refresh timing of question 2 and submission screen

PepTalk App Translation Feature

To better support our growing international customer base, we’ve added language translation to the PepTalk dashboard. Customers can now view insights and share reports in the following languages: Spanish | French | German | Italian | Portuguese | Dutch | Polish | Russian | Swedish | Finnish

Automated Summary Email Reports 

Key stakeholders can now receive weekly or monthly summary reports directly in their inbox. The dashboard summary section for the past week or month will be automatically sent providing clear visibility into morale trends and keeping PepTalk top of mind. This makes it easier to surface insights while reducing the workload for CS teams, ensuring that the right people see the data without requiring manual follow-ups.
