


May Product Update: More Access, More Action, More Insight
This month’s updates focus on improving visibility, control, and speed across your PepTalk platform. You can now connect your data directly into Google Looker Studio, track follow-through with the new Action Tracker, and give your admins the right tools with Customer Admin Roles and Report-Only Logins. Plus, Site Pulse testing is now complete, paving the way for smarter site-level insights.
Google Looker Studio Integration Complete
Our Google Looker Studio integration is officially live! We can now show our data in Google’s dashboards, making it super easy for our Google customers to pull in and visualize PepTalk data.

Action Tracker
Next week, we roll out the Action Tracker feature. This will allow our customer to:
- Track action statuses based on worker feedback
- Monitor progress on initiatives
- Close the loop on actions and drive improvements

Site Pulse Testing Wrap-Up
We’ve just finished the final testing of the new Site Pulse dashboard integration. Site Pulse helps our customers monitor site performance in real-time, focusing on worker morale, safety, and wellbeing. This gives customers highly actionable insights to improve safety and productivity on-site.

Customer Admin Role – Live
We’ve released the new Customer Admin role. This gives customers the ability to manage their own Spotchecks, submission pages, question sets, users, email reports and more.
This is a big shift — moving PepTalk from a customer-facing dashboard to a bonafide action tool.
This also gives more autonomy to customers who want to own their Check-In, Spotcheck and Submission Pages.
Report-Only Logins
You can now add a stakeholder who only receives email reports — no dashboard access required. Useful for customers who want visibility without needing to log in, and removes any unnecessary admin.
