Dynamic Check-In UI & Bigger Options

You can now:

• Colour code bubbles based on morale selection
• Adjust the size of the options to be easier to read
• View faces quicker and match dashboard colour scheme

Dashboard Summary Section

You can now see:

• A new high-level snapshot summary
• Trend indicators from previous time period on engagement and morale
• What’s going well
• Opportunities for improvement
• Breakdown of morale faces
• Measure morale against new benchmark metric

Kiosk Heatmap Graph

You can now:

• View a heatmap of morale at kiosk locations
• See negative/positive trends per location much easier
• Visually represent morale drops as an early indicator

New PDF Report with Summary Section

You can now:

• Download the dashboard PDF report with the summary section included

SiteMetric Dashboard Integration

You can now:

• Display Check-In data live in SiteMetric
• Create new integrations for any customer in SiteMetric with simple setting update
• PowerBI integrations coming this month

You can now:

• Segment data into distinct positive and negative sets.
• View feedback breakdown for each face
• Track the feedback of low morale as well as the high morale with new graphs
